Your Responsibilities :
Under the guidance of the Group Conference and Banquets Manager, you will join our dynamic team and actively participate in the following tasks :
- Client Requests Management : Present our Conference & Events offerings and highlight the unique benefits of our hotel.
- Request Follow-up : Assist in negotiations, propose upselling opportunities, and coordinate operational details.
- Contract Drafting and Follow-up : Draft contracts and ensure smooth event execution in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Client Support : Provide personalized tours and attentive follow-up.
- Billing and Analysis : Review event invoices and conduct competitive analysis on rates and offers.
- Commercial Development : Contribute to the retention of existing accounts and explore new sales opportunities.
