Job Details
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in the quality department within a manufacturing company is required (2+ years)
- Quality inspection experience required
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Prior experience in medical device manufacturing is highly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints / engineering drawings is highly preferred
- Experience with electronic inventory control systems is preferred
The Quality Technician will wear many hats to assist the Head of Quality and the rest of the team. This will include :
- QC inspections after the product is built
- Receiving inspections
- Managing daily quality work (reviewing procedures, documentation control, supplier quality, inspections, etc.)
- Assisting with the calibration of equipment
- Assisting with inventory control
- Occasional purchasing of parts
- Other duties that may be assigned
