Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for mobile device management? iSphere is seeking a talented VMware Workspace One and InTune Administrator to join our team in Houston, Texas for an on going opportunity.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the design and enhancement of both small and large-scale systems, with a focus on VMware Workspace One and Microsoft Intune environments.

As the MDM Subject Matter Expert, you will provide direction and expertise in project-based efforts. You will work closely with our security teams to plan and implement security and device management policies, ensuring the optimal performance and security of our systems.

Additionally, you will provide technical support and resolve complex system issues, specifically focusing on devices in the field.

Your responsibilities will also include offering guidance on supporting the Workspace One / AirWatch environment and its integration with third-party platforms.

You will oversee the enterprise-wide distribution of mobile applications and maintain technical documentation. Additionally, you will assist with daily device enrollment, provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

In this role, you will also be responsible for Microsoft Intune administration. You will deploy and manage workstations using Microsoft Intune, while configuring and maintaining Intune for optimal performance and security.

You will develop and implement automation scripts to streamline workstation deployment and account management. Additionally, you will monitor and troubleshoot issues related to workstation and user configurations.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a computing environment, focusing on complex, hybrid (on-premise and cloud) environments.

You should also have at least 4 years of experience with VMware Workspace One and Microsoft Intune. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Intune solutions is essential, along with advanced working knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
