No Remote Customer Service Associate
Hours from 7 : 00 am 4 : 00 pm, Monday thru Friday, and weekends as needed, with benefits available.
Customer Service Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services
- Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled
- Excellent customer service with the ability to handle customer complaints or concerns
- Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as copying, and filing
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel
- Accurate Data entry skills
- Reviewing customer data for deficiencies or errors and correcting as needed
- Shipping and inventory
Customer Service Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or an administrative role
- Outstanding phone and email etiquette
- Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills
- Flexible schedule
- Experience from a Manufacturing environment
