Overview

Job Description :

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Go into referring offices to market our office. Consistently provides an upbeat and welcoming atmosphere during visits.Provide gifts and any updates or changes to the office given by the practice manager.

Makes appropriate changes in the system of any changes in the referring office.Responsible for building rapport with referring offices front desks and Doctors.

Remember specific information about each office to bring up in conversation.Bring referral cards to any office in need.Maintains a positive and team-focused mindset to ensure a consistently high level of collaboration daily.

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

EDUCATION : High school diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE : Customer Service experience required

Dental Marketing experience preferred
