The Hugo Gonzalez Agency at Allstate is excited to hire a highly motivated individual to become a Sales agent seeking a career opportunity with growth potential.
At the Hugo Gonzalez Agency at Allstate you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote Allstate Insurance products.
Bilingual Sales Agent
- Property & Casualty license (preferred but not required).
- Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people’s lives.
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening.
- Basic computer and math skills
- Must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing in Spanish
- Must be a team player and work well with others
Bilingual Sales Agent Responsibilities
- Call potential clients to sell various insurance products
- Cross-sell existing insureds
- Assisting team members as needed
- Follow up on post closing duties to ensure all documents are signed
- Reconciling monthly reports to ensure agency is in compliance
- Process payments
