Director of Nursing Long-Term Care

Location : Wolf Point, Montana

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (40 hours per week)

Compensation : $47.64 - $60.09 / hour

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000

$5,000 paid on first check, $5,000 at six months, $5,000 at one year)

Relocation Assistance : $10,000

Rental Assistance : $900 / month for the first 3 months

Loan Repayment : $5,000 annually for qualifying educational loans

Key Responsibilities :

• Direct, plan, and coordinate the overall operation of Long-Term Care Nursing Services.
• Ensure adherence to Federal, State, and Local standards, regulations, and guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to maintain the highest standards of patient care.

Qualifications :

• Registered Nurse (RN) graduate from an accredited school, licensed in Montana.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care in a management or Charge Nurse role.
• Preferred but not required : Long-Term Care Administrator's License in Montana.
