YOU MUST HAVE
- A high school diploma or two years’ experience in HVAC trades, DDC controls, or general construction projects
- A Valid Driver’s License
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
WE VALUE
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- 3 years’ experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Project
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills with great attention to detail.
- A proficient understanding of the principles and best practices in customer service
- Excellent team and communication skills to work and effectively communicate with customer, trades people and Honeywell Project Managers
- Taking initiative as a self-starter and to be able to work both independently with limited direction and in a team environment.
- An ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Continuing performance improvement, meeting commitments, and getting results.
- Exceeding internal and external customer expectations
- An ability to accept assignments which require frequent travel and overnight stays
