Cruser Mitchell offers an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic Litigation practice as a full-time Associate Attorney in the Orlando office.

As an Associate Attorney you will become an integral part of a team with an established line of business.

Position Details :

Role : Litigation Associate Attorney

Location : Orlando

Attorney Qualifications : The ideal candidate has at least 1 years of extensive experience representing insurance coverage companies with a specialized focus in premises liability, trucking and / or construction law.

Candidate should possess a strong work ethic, motivation, effective project management, strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

• Associate attorneys are involved in all aspects of our practice, including pre-lawsuit investigation; case analysis; drafting and responding to discovery;
