Health Link Home Health Agency is excited to announce a fantastic management opportunity! We are looking for a skilled and experienced Home Health Operations Manager to join our expanding team.

Position Overview : As the Home Health Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate all administrative and operational activities of our home health agency, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise organizational operations while supporting the Director of Nursing and Office Managers.
  • Manage billing, payroll, and oversee our vehicle fleet.
  • Oversee human resource operations, ensuring compliance and adherence to Health Link's core values.
  • Manage asset operations, including equipment and software access.
  • Maintain ownership of contracts, credentials, and licenses.
  • Guide the survey process and ensure staff development through orientation, continuing education, and evaluations.
  • Direct and monitor performance improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the formulation of strategic goals and budgets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and share insights with the team.
  • Ensure sound fiscal management and uphold the agency's credit standing.

Compensation : Starting at $100,000 annually, DOE

Please Note : This is not a remote position.

Requirements :

  • Experience in team management.
  • Financial literacy and operations expertise.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and project management abilities.
