Position Overview : As the Home Health Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate all administrative and operational activities of our home health agency, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise organizational operations while supporting the Director of Nursing and Office Managers.
- Manage billing, payroll, and oversee our vehicle fleet.
- Oversee human resource operations, ensuring compliance and adherence to Health Link's core values.
- Manage asset operations, including equipment and software access.
- Maintain ownership of contracts, credentials, and licenses.
- Guide the survey process and ensure staff development through orientation, continuing education, and evaluations.
- Direct and monitor performance improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the formulation of strategic goals and budgets.
- Stay informed on industry trends and share insights with the team.
- Ensure sound fiscal management and uphold the agency's credit standing.

Compensation : Starting at $100,000 annually, DOE
Please Note : This is not a remote position.

- Experience in team management.
- Financial literacy and operations expertise.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and project management abilities.
