Social Media Manager
A leading luxury jewelry brand renowned for its timeless and wearable designs., worn by celebrities, is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join their fast growing team.
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies and will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and increasing sales.
Key responsibilities include :
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with brand objectives and marketing goals.
- Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Design visually appealing graphics for social media campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Manage all social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategically plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Brand Partnerships to cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and potential collaborators to expand brands reach and visibility.
- Onboard brand onto new social media platforms, including researching emerging platforms and trends, assessing their suitability for the brand, and developing strategies for establishing a presence.
- Monitor social media trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Analyze performance metrics, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Social Media Coordinator or Manager in the fashion, beauty or lifestyle industry. Luxury goods industry experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics, with a strong understanding of best practices for each platform.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and a passion for storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is desirable.
- Position is on-site in Sherman Oaks, CA.
