In this vital role, you will steer projects from their initial stages through to successful completion. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. In this vital role, you will steer projects from their initial stages through to successful completion. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with sales, design, support, and installation teams, as well as external partners.

Job Duties

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation; define and communicate project objectives, deliverables, and key milestones.
• Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations, providing updates, and addressing issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Client Advisor, designer, support, and installation) to ensure alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion of all project stages, proactively mitigating potential delays.
• Uphold high quality standards for all project deliverables, ensuring they meet client specifications through site visits and inspections.
• Effectively coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors, managing relationships and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize impact on timelines and outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous project records, including specifications, change orders, and progress reports, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
