Hiring Range : $74,443.20 - $93,038.40 Per Year
$3,000 Sign On Bonus* (Half Paid At First Paycheck, Half Paid At 12 Months)

Kitsap Mental Health Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our Adult Outpatient Care Team.
The role involves addressing the behavioral health needs of individuals with mental health disorders, including co-occurring substance use disorders, following KMHS standards.
The Clinical Supervisor ensures appropriate treatment within a recovery framework to enhance clients' overall functioning and well-being.
The position involves overseeing and supporting clinicians, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, and maintaining high-quality care and documentation standards.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Facilitate daily clinical operations of the care team, ensuring appropriate staff coverage and timely service delivery.
- Lead daily organizational / treatment planning meetings and continuously evaluate client progress.
- Monitor and review clinical work through face-to-face supervision, chart reviews, and electronic medical record reports.
- Provide daily clinical consultation to staff and foster a supportive team environment.
- Implement the agency's integrated treatment model for clients with co-occurring disorders and coordinate with KMHS SUD professionals and the Pacific Hope and Recovery Center.
- Ensure clients have clear treatment goals, crisis and discharge plans, and appropriate evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
- Develop protocols for communication regarding client treatment goals and interventions, ensuring continuity of care during staff vacancies or client transfers.
- Participate in staff recruitment, hiring, orientation, performance supervision, training, and mentoring.
- Assist clinicians in problem-solving and coordination with other agency programs and community resources.
- Work with KMHS Medication Services to monitor and coordinate medication adherence and utilization.
- Model effective crisis intervention and communication strategies with clients presenting acute risk.
- Facilitate professional growth of clinicians and promote a healthy team environment.
Minimum Qualifications :
EDUCATION : Master's Degree in Psychology, social services, or behavioral health.
EXPERIENCE : Specialist (minimum 5 years of job-related experience)
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle report and reliable, insured transportation
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION : Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration.
Must meet and maintain the definition of a Mental Health Professional as defined in WAC 388-877-0500.
Preferred Qualifications :
EXPERIENCE : Expert (established subject matter expert, 7+ years of experience)
Experience in co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment. Two years supervisory experience preferred.
LICENSURE : Washington License (LICSW, LMFT or LMHC).
