We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced veterinarian to join our team as our Chief of Staff Veterinarian. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine, as well as experience in leadership and management.
The Chief of Staff Veterinarian will be responsible for providing clinical oversight to the practice, as well as managing the staff and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities of the Chief of Staff Veterinarian include :
- Providing clinical oversight to the practice
- Managing the staff and day-to-day operations
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Ensuring the quality of patient care
- Representing the practice to the community
Qualifications for the Chief of Staff Veterinarian include :
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a veterinarian
- Experience in leadership and management
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
