Member Solutions Repossession Specialist
CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Member Solutions Repossession Specialist to join our team full-time. In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, solutions-focused support to members experiencing financial hardship, while upholding our commitment to exceptional service. As a Repossession Specialist, you will manage and monitor consumer and commercial loan delinquencies, coordinate and oversee repossession efforts with professionalism and efficiency, and work proactively to minimize loan losses and reduce collection costs.
This position will have the ability to sit in our Wausau, Shawano, and Antigo branches.

Job duties :
- Tracks charged off consumer and commercial loans to ensure GAP insurance monies are paid out to the credit union
- Manages the repossession dashboard and ensures repossessions are in proper compliance and there is proper communication with vendor
- Works with third party insurance vendors as well as members to ensure the proper handling of CPI programs or claim filing
- Makes every effort to work with members who are having financial difficulties at all times striving to arrive at satisfactory payment arrangements, which will be equitable for both the credit union and the member
- Organizes time and resources to ensure that the majority of time is spent contacting members with delinquent consumer and commercial loans, negative share accounts, and recovering charge offs
Qualifications :
