Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible but not limited to the following :
- Prospecting for new business to develop relationships with key decision-makers
- Respond to customer needs
- Lead generation expertise
- Ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research
- Qualify all existing leads in Salesforce.com, all DRN lead databases and resources
- Coordinate, promote and lead webinars in your assigned region
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
- Accept inbound and perform outbound telephone calls to identify sales opportunities
- Meet, track, and exceed daily call & activity metrics
- Align with other members of the sales organization to support overall company revenue targets
Additional Knowledge / Skills :
1+ year of experience within a sales organization or customer serviceHigh School degree or equivalent requiredProven sales achievement in a high-energy, phone-based selling environment a PLUSExperience developing collaborative relationshipsClosing skills : Winning sales campaigns after they have progressed past Needs Development; closing late stage deals; developing reasons for prospects to act; overcoming late stage deal obstacles; winning confidence and support of late stage new entrants to the sales campaignExperience delivering presentationsProficient computer skills with emphasis on Windows, Mac, or Google based applicationsPreferred experience with technology sales and Salesforce.com CRM experienceDesired Behaviors :
