Job Description
We are seeking a shipping and receiving associate to become an integral part of our team! You will help coordinate incoming shipment and outgoing shipment activities along with inventory control.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling and creating shipping documents.
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and condition.
- Update inventory records, track stock levels, and ensure accurate documentation of all received and shipped goods.
- Efficiently organize and store inventory to maximize space and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Safely move, load, and unload products using pallet jacks and strapping pallets with other equipment.
- Document and report any discrepancies, damages, or issues with shipments or inventory.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping and receiving software or systems.
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong organizational skills
