We currently have an opening for an Inside Property Claims Representative I. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering information supporting sustained property damage, thorough review of policy information and coverage details, proper setting of financial reserves, and accurate and timely settlement of claims.
You will also review claim photos and reports from adjusters, make corrections ensure proper coverage is in force, and issue settlement.
This role is fulfilled in a remote capacity and communications with customers are via telephone or virtual methods.

An ideal candidate will possess :
All Lines or Property & Casualty Adjuster License issued by the Texas Department of Insurance can be acquired during the initial stages of the role;
but the successful completion is mandatory.
- College degree in related field a plus.
- One or more years of related property claims experience is preferred.
