We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of Sphirea Plus for our customers. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and ready to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
This role involves handling customer calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate information, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- Resolve customer issues, escalating to higher support levels when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communicate with other departments to address customer concerns effectively.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and guiding them through initial processes.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Positive, empathetic attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
