Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities :
Full-Cycle Accounting : Oversee all aspects of accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Financial Statements : Prepare accurate balance sheets and income statements.
Tax Management : Ensure timely management of tax deadlines and compliance.
External Collaboration : Partner effectively with the outside CPA to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Internal Controls : Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
US GAAP Compliance : Ensure all accounting practices are in accordance with US GAAP.
Reconciliation : Perform regular reconciliations to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting with a focus on financial statement preparation.
Education : Degree in accounting or finance.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in QuickBooks or a comparable accounting system. Mid to advanced Excel skills are essential.
Knowledge : Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
Skills : Excellent reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
