As a Advertising Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing captivating advertising materials, creating graphics, designing PowerPoint presentations, and producing PDF and Excel spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop dynamic advertising campaigns and eye-catching promotional materials for real estate properties.
- Utilize InDesign to create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media that captivate audiences and drive engagement.
- Craft professional PowerPoint presentations that shine in client meetings, sales pitches, and internal strategy sessions.
- Generate polished PDF documents and insightful Excel spreadsheets to support marketing initiatives and reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and execute marketing campaigns.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and best practices in real estate advertising and graphic design.
Key Qualifications :
- Previous experience in advertising, graphic design, or marketing.
- Strong skills in InDesign, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Excel.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field a plus.
