Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing assistance, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer personalized service and support.
- Assist in managing client accounts, including updating information, processing orders, and coordinating service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and concerns, escalating complex matters when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products / services to effectively educate clients and recommend solutions tailored to their needs.
- Provide administrative support to the client services team, including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and alignment in delivering exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or client relations is a plus but not required.
