We're Hiring : Paralegal / Legal Assistant – Medical Malpractice   Baltimore, MD | Hybrid

Join a respected mid-sized law firm in Baltimore that’s growing its  Medical Malpractice  team. We’re seeking an experienced  Paralegal or Legal Assistant  with a strong background in litigation and a passion for detail-oriented legal work.

What You’ll Do

Support attorneys on complex medical malpractice cases

Draft legal documents, discovery responses, and correspondence

Organize medical records, expert files, and trial prep materials

Manage case timelines from inception through trial

Liaise with clients, providers, and expert witnesses

✅  What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in medical malpractice litigation or personal injury litigation

Deep knowledge of litigation procedures and trial prep

Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
