Key ResponsibilitiesManage OSP crews' activities to ensure project objectives and timelines are metEnsure compliance with safety guidelines and National Electric Safety Code (NESC) requirementsCoordinate with contractors on permits and maintain relationships with local partnersRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree preferred5+ years of technical experience in OSP Engineering, Construction, or OperationsStrong understanding of OSHA rules and federal / local regulationsProven project management skills across multiple projectsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment
