Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Franklin Park, IL, is hiring a full-time, permanent Bilingual Customer Support Specialist.

Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Franklin Park, IL

$60,000 - $65,000 / Annually - Plus full benefits, 401(k) with matching, generous vacation & PTO, and much more!

The Role :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Process and enter customer orders accurately into our system, ensuring timely delivery and shipment.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including production, logistics, and sales, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and any delays or changes.
  • Manage customer complaints or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and the goal of achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Always monitor inventory levels and forecast what your customers will be needing in the coming months.
  • Provide product recommendations and cross-selling opportunities to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer records, ensuring all interactions and transactions are properly documented.
  • Help customers in person - travel regionally (5-10% travel expected)

Requirements :

  • Bilingual Spanish and English is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
