General Manager

We are looking for a candidate who is a successful leader that is energetic, passionate, highly motivated and ready to guide an outstanding sales team to even greater success.
Job Responsibilities
- Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in dealer management
- Candidate needs to be experienced in motivating staff
- Generating high volume / gross,
- Have Excellent CSI
- Passionate about customer retention.
- Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
- Work with each department to achieve specific goals and objectives.
- Create a positive culture for the team and create a team atmosphere focusing on employee retention.
- Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can help the dealership meets it goals.
