Mid-level Banking & Finance Associate Attorney

Job Description

The New York office of Clifford Chance has an opening for a mid-level associate in the Firm's Banking & Finance group. Stellar academic credentials and major law firm experience required.

Strong leverage and acquisition finance experience and an expertise in refinancing preferred. Admission to the NY bar preferred.

Preferred class years 2018-2020. Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s).

Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $310,000 to $390,000.

Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
