What You'll Bring :

• Financial Analyst Experience : 2-4 years Financial Analyst, preferably commercial real estate specific experience.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, real estate, business, or economics.
• Computer Skills : High proficiency with Excel. Knowledge of ARGUS preferred.
• Analytical & Action Oriented Personality : Thrive in diving into the detail and driving to get results.

Compensation :

The total compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 (inclusive of an annual bonus). Base pay may vary based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
