    International Family Medicine, with a family-like culture, is looking for a full-time front desk receptionist bilingual to join us.

    We are looking for someone who is driven, has excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented with fantastic customer service skills, and has compassion to care for people.

    We would love to meet you if you are friendly, positive, and high-energy!

    This position entails :

    • Greet patients
    • Manage patient scheduling efficiently
    • Provide excellent phone service
    • Check out patients and handle payments
    • Insurance processing
    • Discuss medical treatments
    • Help to make sure the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis

    Other details :

    • Must have at least one year of experience in the medical field.
