Join my client's dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help create meaningful change! This growing ABA therapy group was founded due to the founders' passion to help children facing life with an ASD diagnosis and their families.
The organization has been successful since opening in 2023 and expanding to three locations.

What You’ll Be Doing :
- Conducting assessments to identify behavioral needs and craft personalized treatment plans
- Implementing evidence-based behavior intervention strategies rooted in applied behavior analysis principles
- Providing training and support to caregivers and fellow professionals
- Collecting and analyzing data to ensure tailored and effective interventions
- Collaborating within interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients
- Maintaining meticulous and accurate medical documentation
About You :
- Be able to do the job as described
- Hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experienced in working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities
- Proficient in data collection and analysis techniques
- Strong grasp of applied behavior analysis principles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building rapport with individuals, families, and caregivers
