This growing ABA therapy group was founded due to the founders' passion to help children facing life with an ASD diagnosis and their families.

What You’ll Be Doing :
- Conducting assessments to identify behavioral needs and craft personalized treatment plans
- Implementing evidence-based behavior intervention strategies rooted in applied behavior analysis principles
- Providing training and support to caregivers and fellow professionals
- Collecting and analyzing data to ensure tailored and effective interventions
- Collaborating within interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients
- Maintaining meticulous and accurate medical documentation
About You :
- Be able to do the job as described
- Hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experienced in working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities
- Proficient in data collection and analysis techniques
- Strong grasp of applied behavior analysis principles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building rapport with individuals, families, and caregivers
