Customer Service Representative (Onboarding Team)
Wilmington, DE (Onsite)
Monday - Friday, 9am- 6pm
This role will be focused on and responsible for onboardings for multiple corporate services, including, but not limited to;
company registration, registered agent, annual report, and dissolution. You will also be responsible for retrieving information from cases in Salesforce for review, reaching out for missing or conflicting information, and order placement / set-up.
Working with sales, customer service, and fulfillment teams to transition new customers successfully and seamlessly into CSC or help grow our existing customers’ portfolios.

Some of the things you’ll be doing :
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
- Organize the workflow to meet customers’ time frames and demands
- Review Salesforce Case(s)
- Fulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external customers
- Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents
- Navigate between multiple databases quickly and accurately
- Understand onboarding workflow
- Respond promptly to customer service and sales inquiries over the phone or electronically
- Participate within the team in workgroups and process improvement
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Experience working in a customer service or administrative capacity
- Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong prioritization and time-management skills
- Flexibility and agility, with the ability to multitask
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Salesforce experience a plus
