Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Mediterranean Cook to join our team in Beverly Hills. Our ideal candidate is passionate about Mediterranean cuisine, skilled in preparing a variety of authentic dishes, and excited to create memorable dining experiences.
This role offers flexibility to start part-time with the potential to move into a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook Mediterranean dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and sides
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure high standards and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in menu development, bringing creativity and traditional flavors to our offerings
- Manage food inventory, including ordering and restocking ingredients as needed
Requirements :
- Proven experience in Mediterranean cooking, including knowledge of Mediterranean ingredients and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility with work hours, including availability for evenings and weekends as needed
- Culinary certification or relevant professional experience preferred
