LHH is seeking a customer-oriented Customer Service Representative fluent in Polish to join our clients team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Polish-speaking customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities :
- Provide timely and accurate information to Polish-speaking customers regarding products, services, and inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Process customer orders and manage customer accounts.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Qualifications :
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
Pay Details : $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
