Position Overview : OneWater Yacht Group, a premier leader in the new yacht build and yacht brokerage industry, is preparing for the new boating season.

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented yacht broker ready to seize opportunities at one of North America's top boating locations.

This pivotal role involves generating new leads, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining robust customer relationships.

As a broker with our team, you will represent some of the most prestigious brands in the luxury boating industry, including Absolute, Belize, Beneteau, Chris Craft, Riviera, and Sunseeker.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate new leads and secure quality brokerage listings.
• Maintain precise client records using Yachtcloser, ensuring all customer information is accurately recorded.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives through effective negotiation and sales strategies.
• Stay informed about market trends, including current boat availability and pricing.
• Participate actively in boat shows and special events, both on-site and off-site.
• Quote precise pricing to clients, including details on taxes, freight, trade-ins, and financing requirements.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven record in high-ticket sales environments.
• Licensed Broker
• Strong familiarity with the marine industry; knowledge of yachts preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Bilingual proficiency preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn and utilize Yachtcloser.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-disciplined, motivated, and exceptionally organized.
