Who are we looking for?

• Dealership Service Manager Experience-Required
• Subaru experience, a plus
• NPS focused
• CDK experience, preferred
• Experience growing and managing a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to recruit, hire and train technicians and service advisors
• Professional references to verify experience
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($120,000.00 to $160,000.00), which includes commissions on (Commissions Ex : Individual Sales and / or Individual Gross Profit , Department Net ) and / or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses Ex : Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability ).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and / or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
