TOTS is the therapist owned company YOU want to work for!!!!

TOTS is a multi-disciplinary pediatric practice that values our patients, their families, and our wonderful staff. As a TOTS SLP you will learn from experienced clinicians, utilize a multi-disciplinary model, and be able to be trained in AAC and feeding therapy.

We show our commitment to staff development through our structured 6-week onboarding program (which includes shadowing, trainings, and structured ramp up to full caseload);

weekly in-services; and continuing education allowance. Our CFY supervision doubles that required by the ASHA CFCC. We also have an organizational structure that leads to professional growth in the company and develops leadership skills.

We have a positive fun work culture that celebrates our colleagues and patients throughout the year.

TOTS has multiple locations in the metro Atlanta / North Georgia area. This region is GROWING and is supported with an expanding housing market, excellent schools, and a balance of urban and suburban living.

Living in the area gives access to the beautiful Georgia mountains; award winning park systems; water activities on Lake Lannier;

casual to fine dining; and of course, the night life, concerts, and sporting events in Atlanta. There is truly something for everyone.

  • Full-time position includes competitive base salary commensurate with experience; multiple ways to bonus; 401K program with matching;
