Architectural Project Manager - Located in San Jose,CA
Job Overview :
As an Architectural Project Manager with Marvin you willdevelop new business, build brand awareness and loyalty andultimately drive sales of the Marvin Collections to architecturaland commercial design professionals!
Highlights of your role :
- Prospect, identify, and establish relationships withmembers of the architectural community whose influence will lead tospecification and purchase of Marvinproducts
- Effectively and professionally present AIA ContinuingEducational learning units to architecturalfirms
- Actively pursuebusiness development with facility managers and owners ofinstitutional properties
- Plan and host factory tours with targeted architects,designers, channel partners, and tradecustomers
- Provide product and technical solutions on individualproject opportunities
- Work with regional sales team to assess and developchannel partners’ programs, expertise, and services vital tooptimally sell to the architectural and commercialsegments
- Significant travel required throughout the assignedterritory, including overnight stays, as needed; valid driver’slicense is required
- Manage the job role’s expensebudget
Salary Range : Totalearning potential $90,000-$130,000 including base salary andmonthly sales incentives, although there is no cap on incentiveearnings.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) :
- A degree in an architectural,construction, or business-related field or equivalent industryexperience.
- Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certificationor can obtain one within two years ofemployment.
- Proven experience in consultative value proposition salesspecifying premium products to architectural / designfirms.
- Fenestration experiencepreferred.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable accident andmoving violation motor vehiclerecord.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents andspecifications.
- Ability to navigate CAD-baseddesign.
- Must be able to periodically lift up to 50lbs
