Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve business goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement processes to achieve company goals and objectives based on budgets and forecasts.
  • Oversee business operations, including billing, procurement, purchasing, accounts receivable and administrative functions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
  • Identify and address operational challenges to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze financial data and create reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage executive expense reconciliation.
  • Ad Hoc special projects as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, financial accounting, management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business management software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
