Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve business goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement processes to achieve company goals and objectives based on budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee business operations, including billing, procurement, purchasing, accounts receivable and administrative functions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
- Identify and address operational challenges to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze financial data and create reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage executive expense reconciliation.
- Ad Hoc special projects as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, financial accounting, management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business management software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
