Operate and maintain aggregate processing equipment to ensure optimal performance

Monitor material flow and adjust settings to meet production targets

Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on plant machinery

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency

Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery safely and effectively

Strong awareness of safety protocols and environmental regulations

Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$22.00 to $28.75 per hour
