Our client is a large international bank that offers a range of high-quality financial services to individual and corporate customers as well as financial institutions worldwide.
The Assistant Vice President will be responsible for the banks semi-monthly payroll process in multiple states in the US.
Responsibilities :
- Review and record all HR, payroll, and benefits data into the banks HRIS system
- Perform various payroll account reconciliations and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Process termination payouts and off-cycle check request including wires and ACH payments when applicable
- Assist and review employment tax filings and other regulatory reporting requirements
- Assist with month-end and year-end close and internal and external audits
- Ensure payroll processing is in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulatory reporting requirements
- Process manual checks as requested
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years of experience in payroll processing
- Experience with full life cycle of payroll operations
- Knowledge of payroll system and reporting functions is required
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required
Salary Range : $70,000-$150,000
