Responsibilities :

Content Creation : Capture high-quality photos and videos of apartment and home listings.

Editing : Edit and enhance content to ensure it is visually appealing and aligns with our brand standards.

Social Media Management : Develop and execute a content calendar for social media platforms, including Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and others.

Lead Generation : Create content that drives engagement and generates leads for our listings.

Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing strategies.

Market Trends : Stay updated on real estate market trends to create relevant and timely content.

Analytics : Monitor and report on the performance of content, using insights to optimize future posts.

Requirements :

Proven experience in content creation, photography, videography, and editing.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.

Flexibility to work varying hours as needed.
