Job Opportunity : Customer Service Representative
A client in Tigard is seeking a Customer Service Representative who can provide excellent service, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities :
- Address customer issues and vendor mistakes with same-day solutions.
- Build positive relationships with salespeople through proactive support.
- Perform duties as assigned by the President / Manager.
- Review and process orders within 24 hours, ensuring accuracy.
- Notify Sales Rep of any issues via Job Tracker.
- Send purchase orders and artwork to vendors, and generate packing slips.
- Track orders and confirm shipping details with vendors.
- Send shipping confirmation to customers and update the Job Tracker regularly.
Schedule : Monday - Friday 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
Flexible lunch break options : 30 or 60 minutes.
Pay :
$21 / hr. DOE
