Our bakery production team members are a key ingredient in our recipes. Using high-quality ingredients, they share our commitment to uncompromising quality and craftsmanship and make everything from scratch in our spacious and light-filled state-of-art bakery in South Boston, which is conveniently located at 60 Old Colony Avenue, off the Red Line (between Andrews Sq.
and Broadway) and the 10 & 11 busses.

Our talented bakery team members help in all aspects of our product creation process. They :
- Identify and select ingredients
- Laminate doughs
- Mix, shape, roll, proof, and prepare a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and breads

Your recipe for success :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience successfully working in a high-volume bakery production, banquet production kitchen, restaurant kitchen, or similar environment is required, but we are open to training ambitious candidates who have a demonstrated interest in working as a bakery production team member.
- Desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.
- Passion for baking with a keen eye for freshness, quality and cleanliness.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- An appetite for learning (and delicious pastries, breads, and desserts).
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts - availability for at least one weekend shift per weekend is a must absent exceptional circumstances.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Familiarity / experience with laminating doughs, mixing / spiral mixers, proofing, shaping, and preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and / or breads highly preferred
- Spanish & / or Portuguese language skills a plus

- Pastry Team
- 6 a.m.-2 p.m. & 7 a.m. 3 p.m.
- Bread Team
- 7 a.m. 4 p.m., 8 a.m.- 4p.m., & 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
