Electrical Engineer – Power Quality Solutions & Technical Team Leader

Energy Management Corporation is looking for a hands-on Electrical Engineer specializing in power quality (PQ) solutions to lead a small, high-performing team focused on the assembly, installation, and sales support of PQ equipment. This hybrid role blends technical engineering expertise with leadership and business development, providing the opportunity to grow and shape a specialized division within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership :

• Lead design, assembly, and testing of power quality equipment, including harmonic filters, reactors, capacitor banks, surge suppression, and UPS systems.
• Supervise field teams during installation and commissioning at industrial client sites.
• Ensure compliance with IEEE 519, IEEE 1159, IEC 61000, and NFPA 70E standards.
