A company is looking for an International Tax Manager to oversee international tax compliance and planning activities.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and reconcile international direct tax accounts and prepare income tax provisionsPrepare and review US international tax compliance forms and local country income tax filings for foreign subsidiariesParticipate in international tax planning and assist with transfer pricing calculations and documentationRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, or a related fieldFive (5) years of relevant experienceExperience with international tax compliance forms and calculationsKnowledge of withholding tax analysis and implicationsExperience in managing local country income tax examinations
