Are you an experienced and highly motivated individual with a passion for customer service and the automotive industry? We are seeking a talented Service BDC (Business Development Center) customer care representative to join our dynamic team at Gordon Chevrolet! As the BDC customer care representative, you will play a crucial role in the operations of our Service BDC department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities :
INBOUND CALLS : Answering incoming calls and set appointments. Check the calendar daily.
LEADS : Complete service tasks in VinSolutions : Schedule maintenance.
RECALLS : Schedule appointments with customers who have recalls.
RETENTION : Follow-up with customers who have not been back for service.
PROMOTIONS : Call Customers to alert them of all current service promotions.
