Site Performance Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Sr Specialist to join our team, specializing in website performance and heat mapping. In this role, you will analyze website data, user behavior, and conversion metrics to optimize our online presence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience with heat mapping tools, and a passion for enhancing user experience through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities : Analyze website performance metrics, including traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates, and user engagement.

Utilize heat mapping tools (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg) to understand user behavior and identify areas for optimization. Conduct A / B testing and multivariate testing to evaluate the effectiveness of website changes and marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with UX / UI designers and developers to implement changes based on data insights and user feedback. Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Monitor SEO performance and identify opportunities for improvement in website visibility and user experience. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance website performance strategies.

Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign performance analysis and optimization. Qualifications : Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field.

The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field 2+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with a focus on website performance.

Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, A e Analytics) and heat mapping software. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

Experience with A / B testing and familiarity with tools such as Optimizely or VWO. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.

Preferred BS / BA degree in related discipline strongly desired (i.e. Marketing, Business, etc. Experience in telecommunications industry desired USD 64,200.

00 - 96,400.00 per yearCompensation : Compensation includes a base salary of $64,200.00 - $96,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
