Madison Mortgage is a fast-growing company looking to add mortgage processing specialists to our team.

Compensation :

$40,000 - $60,000 annually

Responsibilities :

• Adhere to all lending and regulatory guidelines and policies while preparing the loan file
• Assist borrowers in determining the best mortgage type based on interview and situation
• Document the loan process from origination to approval through our system
• Collect and verify necessary financial documentation, such as credit reports, to complete mortgage loan applications and determine creditworthiness
• Act as a liaison between applicants, mortgage brokers and loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to help further loan approval

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Providing elite service to our clients
• Communicating with clients on loan conditions and statuses via phone or video message
• Learning investor guidelines, lending policies, and the required documentation, policy and procedures of Madison Mortgage Services
• Applying knowledge and judgment to detailed loan analyses to offer effective underwriting alternatives to your team
• Developing strong computer skills, including internet knowledge
• Managing multiple priorities, while building rapport with clients

Qualifications :

• Mortgage lending experience and loan knowledge required, specifically with FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement
• 2 years minimum experience in loan processing required
• Must possess exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and time management skills
