Sales Representative (Specialist) - Medical Technology

Location : Orange County, CA and Tampa, FL

Job Summary :

I am seeking two dynamic and experienced Sales Representatives (Specialists) in Tampa, FL and Orange County, CA. If you have a strong background in spine technology sales, a deep clinical understanding, and the ability to support demanding customers in high-stakes environments, this is an opportunity for you.

This role is ideal for a self-driven, assertive individual who thrives in fast-paced settings with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop strong relationships with a diverse customer base, including surgeons, hospital staff, and procurement departments.
  • Conduct impactful presentations and demonstrations of our technologies to potential and existing customers.
  • Attend surgeries and clinical settings to provide real-time support and consultation using our advanced medical products.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing assigned territories and responding swiftly to market opportunities.
  • Provide detailed customer feedback to the marketing teams to help shape future product developments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position our offerings.
  • Manage administrative tasks associated with sales, including maintaining customer databases, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in the spine or related surgical technologies field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a medical device sales environment.
  • Strong clinical acumen with the ability to grasp complex technologies quickly and explain their benefits to a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; capable of building and maintaining productive customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, as required.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field and a background in a clinical discipline are highly advantageous.
