Home Infusion Registered Nurse - Zachary, LA
Location : Zachary, LA 70791
Salary : $40-50 / hr

Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional at-home infusion care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Administer a variety of infusion therapies with precision and attention to detail.

- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records in adherence to healthcare standards.

- Manage infusion equipment, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
Qualifications :
- Nursing degree with significant RN experience.
- Active LA nursing license.
Current CPR / BLS certification.
- Willingness to travel locally within Zachary and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.
